Reading Time: 4 minutes

Your partner profile is much more than a simple registration; it is your digital storefront for thousands of employees from our corporate partners. A well-structured profile not only speeds up the approval process but is the ultimate tool for converting app views into real check-ins.

To ensure your facility stands out and provides the best possible user experience, follow this practical optimisation guide.

Check-in Requirements and Recommendations: Setting Expectations

Help visitors prepare by setting essential first check-in requirements and general recommendations. According to our recent user research, the lack of clarity regarding the first visit is a primary source of "experience friction." Users who arrive feeling unprepared — not knowing what to bring or how the process works — are significantly less likely to return.

By utilising the "Check-in requirements and recommendations" section in the Partner Portal, you can answer questions before they are even asked, automating your reception and ensuring a smooth first impression.

What to configure for the "Prepare for your visit" list:

  • Booking & Registration: Clearly state if prior booking is mandatory or if there are specific registration forms to be filled out upon arrival.
  • Guided Tours: If your facility requires a brief orientation or tour for first-timers, let users know so they can factor it into their schedule.
  • Recommended Arrival Time: If you need extra time to register a new member, recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to avoid class delays.
  • Essential Items: Be specific about what the member needs to bring. Common friction points include not knowing they need a padlock for lockers, a towel, or a specific type of footwear.

What happens after updating your profile

Updating your profile is a streamlined process, but it’s important to know how different types of content are handled:

  • Instant Updates: Changes to your hours, phone number, website, and amenities are updated automatically. Once you hit save in the Partner Portal, these details reflect in the app almost immediately.
  • Moderated Content: To ensure quality and brand safety, our team reviews photos, logos, descriptions, and the "Important Information" section. Our current SLA for these reviews is 3 business days.

If your submission follows the guidelines, it will be published quickly, becoming available to our entire user base. If any adjustments are needed, our team will send a notification with the necessary guidance to get your profile back on track.

Remember: At Wellhub, the user experience starts in the app. A professional and transparent profile is the first step towards a successful partnership and long-term retention.
