The Finance menu is your go-to for all payment-related information. You can check your Payment History, get a preview of the Current Month's Earnings, and check your bank account information.
You can also see the commercial conditions applied per check-in as well through reports, Check-in and Finance menus.

The Reviews menu gives you full access to moderated reviews left by Wellhub subscribers. Use this invaluable feedback to learn what your members love and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
Analyze Visitor Patterns
In the Reports menu, you can find your Visitors History. This data helps you understand usage patterns, recognize regular visitors, and see how different members are engaging with your space.

Use the App Content menu to check opportunities to update your logo, photos, hours, amenities, and contact information. Keeping your profile accurate and attractive is key to drawing in new users. Please note that all updates are validated by our Partner Quality team before going live.
The Partnership menu allows you to check your active commercial conditions at any time, including payment per check-in, late cancellation or no-show fees, and other contractual details.
For partners without a direct integration, the Check-ins to confirm page is the place to validate member check-ins. You can manage access for your staff on the My Devices page, ensuring a smooth process for walk-in members.
The Reports menu offers consolidated information on your Check-in History, allowing you to see your busiest days and times.
